Adv. Amon told Israel Hayom: “You can see here how an employee is thrown out of her workplace with no reason and no basic factual basis. They dismissed her simply because they can do as they please, since the Histadrut is paralysed.

We have filed for an injunction against the company and we intend to pursue the matter to its conclusion.

It cannot be that the workers’ federation will not assist an employee it is meant to protect — otherwise its entire role in labour relations becomes redundant.”
