As part of its Black Friday promotions, Office Depot launched an offer that tempted customers to come to the chain’s branches to exercise a right to purchase a laser printer at a significant discount of 88% off the list price.
In practice, many consumers were greatly disappointed and did not receive the benefit. Following the misleading advertising, our firm filed a class action against the company.
