Estimated fee statement
The fee in the Labor Court (1%) is imposed only on components that are not exempt. Social/wage components (severance pay, wages, pension, convalescence pay, vacation pay) are exempt from the fee under Regulation 6(b). Other components — such as compensation for a tort or for mental anguish — are subject to the fee.
